Short answer
On iPhone and Android open Settings → Subscription and tap "Restore Purchases". It looks for a subscription on the Apple ID or Google account signed in to the phone. A subscription bought on the website belongs to your Nexicall account and needs no restore — just sign in.
Restore on a phone
- Make sure the phone is signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that bought the subscription.
- In Nexicall open Settings → Subscription and tap "Restore Purchases".
- "No purchases to restore" means that store account has no Nexicall subscription. Check which account paid — the store's receipt email names it.
Where a subscription is managed
Bought in the iPhone app: in your Apple ID subscriptions. Bought in the Android app: in Google Play subscriptions. Bought on the website: in Settings → Subscription on the website, which opens the billing portal to change the card, download invoices or cancel.
A payment didn't go through
Nexicall shows "Your last payment didn't go through" and keeps full access until the end of the period you already paid for, while the store or card provider retries. Update the payment method before that date.
What happens to my data
Nothing is deleted when a trial or subscription ends. Your contacts stay usable; calls, notes and deals are kept and hidden until you subscribe again. Home shows how many of each are waiting.
Related questions
- I subscribed in the app. Does the website unlock too?
- Yes, when you sign in with the same Nexicall account. It can take a minute after the purchase.
- Can I move a subscription from iPhone to Android?
- Not directly — Apple and Google do not transfer subscriptions between stores. Cancel in one store and subscribe in the other, or subscribe on the website, which works on every device.
