Short answer
Open the link on the same phone or browser where you created the account. If it has expired, tap "Send a new link" on the sign-in screen — only the newest link works.
Get a working link
- Open Nexicall on the device where you signed up and go to the sign-in screen.
- Enter your email and password. If the address is not confirmed yet, Nexicall says so and shows "Send a new link".
- Tap "Send a new link" and open the newest email on that same device. Older links stop working as soon as a new one is sent.
The link opened somewhere else
If you signed up in the iPhone or Android app and opened the link on a computer, the page tells you the email is confirmed. That is enough: go back to the app and sign in with your email and password.
No email arrived
Check the spam folder and that the address has no typo — signing up again with the correct address is fine. The number of emails is limited; if "Send a new link" reports an error, wait a minute and try once more.
Related questions
- The link says it has expired or was already used. Is my account lost?
- No. Links are single-use and time-limited. Request a new one from the sign-in screen; your account and anything you entered are still there.
- Can I skip confirmation by signing in with Google or Apple?
- Yes. Those sign-ins need no confirmation email. Use the same email address if you want to end up in the same account.
