Every view is built for a thumb rather than a mouse: controls are at least 44 pixels, and the actions that matter sit within reach at the bottom of the screen. Before a call the app shows a briefing; when you hang up the log sheet opens. You dictate notes instead of typing them. And when signal drops in a lift or at a client's office, the contacts and calls you already loaded stay readable instead of leaving you on an empty screen.
