These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nexicall platform, a CRM and call management application available on web, iOS, and Android. By creating an account or using any Nexicall service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Nexicall provides an AI-powered CRM platform for sales professionals and teams. Our services include: contact management, call logging and call notes, call scheduling and follow-up reminders (Wiedervorlage), AI-powered call analysis and briefings (KI Analyse), birthday tracking, team management and performance dashboards, and reporting and data export. The service is available via our web application, iOS app, and Android app.
To use Nexicall, you must register an account using a valid email address or through OAuth authentication (Google or Apple Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may maintain only one account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Nexicall offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, a subscription of EUR 29 per month per user is required to continue using the service. Billing is monthly and processed via Stripe (web), Apple App Store (iOS), or Google Play Store (Android). Prices may change with at least 30 days advance notice. The applicable price at the time of renewal will be charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective payment provider: Apple App Store refund policy for iOS, Google Play refund policy for Android, and Stripe refund policy for web subscriptions. Account deletion: You may request account deletion at any time via Settings. A 30-day cool-off period applies during which you can cancel the deletion request. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly removed.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain full ownership of all content and data you enter into Nexicall, including contacts, call logs, and notes. Nexicall processes your data solely to provide and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: (a) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from Nexicall; (b) share your account credentials with third parties or allow multiple people to use a single account; (c) use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Nexicall software; (e) interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
The Nexicall name, logo, user interface, and underlying software code are the property of the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All content you create within Nexicall (contacts, notes, call logs) remains your property. You grant Nexicall a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nexicall's liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. In no event shall Nexicall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though we strive for high availability.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your account before the effective date.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the state or federal courts located in Texas. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
