Nexicall is a native Android app: contacts, deals and call history on the device the calls happen on. You dial from the app, and when the call ends the log sheet is already open with the duration filled in. The same account works on iPhone and in the browser.
How Nexicall works on an Android phone
You tap call in the app instead of the dialler. Before it connects you get the briefing: the open deal, the last three conversations, what was left unresolved. When the call ends, the log sheet appears — one tap for the outcome, and a voice memo if you'd rather talk than type. The duration comes from the system in minutes and seconds, so it is what the call actually took rather than an estimate. The AI transcribes your memo, files it against that contact and proposes when to call back. In a lift or an underground car park, everything you already opened stays readable.
What the Android app does — and what it doesn't
- A native Kotlin app for Android 9 and later — not a website in a shell
- Two-way sync with the phone's contacts: several numbers per contact, postal address, edits travelling in both directions
- Duration read from the system to the second, and a log sheet that opens by itself when the call ends
- Fingerprint or face unlock, and offline reading of everything already loaded
- An incoming call is only offered for logging if Nexicall was in the foreground when it ended. No app other than the phone's own dialler may bring itself to the front during an incoming call — that is an Android rule, not a defect. You can always add the call by hand afterwards.
- No call recording — Nexicall stores duration, outcome and your note, never the conversation. Importing a contact list from a file and managing your team stay in the web app.
The same account on iPhone and in the browser
A call you log on the Android phone between two appointments is in the web app seconds later, and on a colleague's iPhone just as fast. One database, no duplicate records, no sync button to remember. Two jobs stay in the browser on purpose: importing a contact list from a file, and inviting team members. Both are setup work, and both are easier on a large screen.

- Android 9 or later. Nexicall is on Google Play and is built for a phone rather than a tablet screen.
- Does the Android app log calls automatically?
- Calls you start from Nexicall, yes — the log sheet opens when the call ends with the duration already in it. An incoming call is only offered if the app was in the foreground when it ended; otherwise you log it by hand.
- Does it sync with the contacts on my phone?
- Yes, in both directions and only for the contacts you choose. Several numbers per person and the postal address stay in step, and a deletion on one side is never silently mirrored on the other.
