Team dashboard

Who's on the phone — and where it's stuck.

Small sales teams rarely need a reporting apparatus. They need an overview: who was on the phone this week, what came of it, and where somebody is getting stuck.

What the dashboard shows

For each team member you see call volume, outcomes and talk time over the period you choose. It's deliberately a basis for a conversation rather than a leaderboard: the interesting question is rarely who made the most calls, but where somebody is having plenty of conversations without deals moving — or the reverse, where somebody is doing something the others should copy.

What works — and what doesn't

  • Activity and outcomes per member over the chosen period
  • Talk time and call volume side by side
  • Inviting members and assigning roles, in the web app
  • Numbers visible on iPhone, Android and web
  • Team management — inviting, setting roles — is web only. It's a setup task rather than something you do between meetings, and it belongs on a large screen.
  • No commission tracking and no per-person quotas. Nexicall shows activity and outcome; it doesn't keep the bonus books.

Managed in the browser, visible everywhere

You set up who's on the team and what they can reach once, in the browser. After that the numbers are wherever you are — on the phone between meetings just as much as at the desk.

Common questions

Can I invite colleagues from my phone?
No, inviting and role assignment run in the web app. The team numbers, though, are on every device.
Does everyone see everyone else's contacts?
That depends on the role you assign in the web app. Access is enforced on the server, not merely hidden in the interface.
Is there commission or quota management?
No. Nexicall shows activity and outcomes; commissions and quotas live elsewhere.
