Contacts live in one database, not three side by side. What you change on the phone is in the web app; what you add in the browser is there on your next call — history, notes and open threads included.
Common questions
- Will Nexicall overwrite my phone contacts?
- No. If both sides changed, they're merged and the conflict is logged. Deleted contacts are archived, not destroyed.
- Can I store several numbers per contact?
- Yes — mobile, landline and fax kept separate, with a primary number for one-tap dialling.
- How do I get my existing contacts in?
- Through address-book sync on iPhone or Android, or a file import in the web app.
