Reports

Numbers that answer a question.

Not a dashboard with fourteen tiles, but the few numbers sales actually gets asked about: how many calls, how many of them reached someone, how much time on the phone, and how that compares with the period before.

What gets measured

Every logged call counts: volume, outcome — reached, not reached, callback agreed — and talk time, shown as a total in hours and minutes while the individual call stays accurate to the second. You choose the period. Whatever you're looking at can be pulled out as CSV, or laid out as a print view when it has to go into a meeting.

What's in it — and what isn't

  • Call volume and outcome split across the period you choose
  • Talk time as a total, accurate to the second per call
  • CSV export of the underlying data
  • A print view for meetings and filing
  • No report builder and no formula editor. The reports are fixed — which is why they work without any setup.
  • No revenue forecasting. It reports what happened, not what might.

Reports at the desk, numbers on the move

The full reporting surface, with export and print view, is in the web app — that's desk work. On iPhone and Android you see your numbers too, and the last-loaded state stays readable without a connection.

Common questions

Can I export the data?
Yes, as CSV from the web app. There's also a print view when the numbers have to go into a meeting.
Can I build my own reports?
No. The reports are fixed — which means there's nothing to configure before you see something.
Can I see reports on my phone?
Yes. Export and print run in the web app; the numbers themselves are on all three devices.
