Follow-ups

The callback you'd otherwise forget.

Most lost deals aren't rejections — they're conversations nobody picked back up. Nexicall schedules the follow-up as you log the call and puts it back on your desk on the right morning.

How one call becomes the next

When you log a conversation, Nexicall proposes when to make contact again, based on what you dictated and where the deal stands. You confirm with a tap or push it out. On the day it's due, the contact appears in your morning briefing along with whatever was left open. Birthdays and deals that haven't moved in too long show up in the same place.

What gets scheduled — and what doesn't

  • A proposed follow-up after every logged call
  • A morning briefing with everything due today
  • Birthdays automatically, with a message drafted
  • A flag on deals that have stood still too long
  • Nexicall doesn't call anyone for you and doesn't send anything by itself. It tells you who's due — you dial.
  • A missed incoming call doesn't create a follow-up on its own: neither iOS nor Android gives an app the number of an incoming call, so it can't be matched to a contact.

The same list everywhere

Follow-ups belong to the contact, not to a device. Push one out on your phone and it's pushed out in the browser. You see the briefing in the morning on iPhone, on Android or on the web — it's one list.

Common questions

Does Nexicall create follow-ups automatically?
It proposes one as soon as you log a call. It's only set once you confirm, and you can change it at any point.
What happens if I miss a call?
Nexicall can't attribute an incoming call you didn't answer to a contact — iOS and Android don't expose the number to apps. You'd add that follow-up yourself.
Will it remind me about birthdays?
Yes, in the morning briefing, together with a drafted message you can edit before sending.
